Was reviewing old projects when I saw the fishing reel toilet paper holder. Want to make one for my Dad. Searching the web I was unable to find plans from the Weekend Woodcrafts Jan./Feb. Vol. 9 No.1 Issue 43. Any chance someone might have the plans electronically they would be willing to send me.
